If
you participate you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
Only
subscribed members can participate.
The
deadline for entries is 9:30 am MTN November 30, 2011.
The
contest will run from December 5, 2010 to November
30, 2011.
All
participants can request to be un subscribed from
our list at any time.
Participants
must be 21 years or older.
Participants
who later unsubscribe will be excluded from the drawing
process.
By
un subscribing, the winner is renouncing to its prize.
We will re-assign a new winner from the same list
using the same criteria described above.
The
drawing will be held by November 30, 2011
The
destinations for the prize trip will be any of the
following:
The
trip date will be within the period between January
1st & March 30th, 2012.
The
destination & date will be determined by Andes
Journeys, LLC according to space availability at each
destination.
The
duration of the trip will be according to the typical
program for each destination featured in our web page
www.andesjourneys.com
The
free trip prize will be for one person only and will
include lodging, meals and guiding costs only.
Travel
arrangements such as airline and hotel reservations
prior to and after the fishing program are the sole
responsibility of the participant.
If
the winner has already booked a trip with us, the
prize can only be added to the booked trip as an extension.
Participants
agree to each destination's terms and conditions included
in
www.andesjourneys.com
The
prize is not transferable to a person different than
the winner.
The
prize is not negotiable in any currency and is only
valid for the period defined above.
No
purchase necessary.

The
prize, of which 1 will be awarded, is as described
above.
Employees
of Andes Journeys, its affiliates or associates and
immediate families, are ineligible.
Eligibility
restricted to residents of North America & Europe,
excluding Mexico.
The
winner will be selected by blind drawing by Andes
Journeys, LLC.
The
winner has to acknowledge acceptance of the price
within 4 days after the promoter sends the winner
an email message announcing the prize.
If
the winner does not comply with the above, the promoter
will cancel the drawing and select another winner.
This Drawing will exclude the previous winner.
The
winner agrees his name to be included in the official
announcement to be published in this Newsletter.
The winner agrees to appear in the newsletter on a
brief follow up story about his actual trip which
will contain images of the winner.
Any
applicable taxes or gratuities are the sole responsibility
of the winner.
Void
where prohibited by law.
Automated
submission or spaming is not allowed and will automatically
disqualify the individual from participating.
The
promoter is not responsible for corrupted entries,
entries otherwise not received properly, or entries
that are lost, late or misdirected. Further, the promoter
is not responsible for any technical problems, including
but not limited to malfunctions of telephone lines,
computer networks, hardware or software, nor technical
problems or congestion on the Internet or any Web
site or combination thereof, nor any damage to a participant's
or any other person's computer related to or resulting
from participating in or downloading materials in
the sweepstakes.
The
promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the sweepstakes in the event the
sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned,
for any reasons including but not limited to infection
by computer virus, software malfunction, unauthorized
tampering or fraud, or any other reasons beyond the
promoter's control.
The
contest winner will be named on www.andesjourneys.com
Newsletter.
In
the event of a dispute as to the winner's identity,
entries will be deemed made by the holder of the e-mail
account associated with the entry.
