Includes:
3 nights lodging and 4 days of activities according to program,
bilingual guide plus driver, all program transfers in spacious
private van, meals mentioned as included in program with beverages,
beer and wine. Entrance fees for: museums, parks, archeological
sites, etc.
Does not include:
Airline fares, lodging and transfers prior to or after program,
Personal items such as: telephone, laundry, room service, meals
and alcoholic beverages not mentioned as included, gratuities.
Sauna & SPA services are not included in some hotel rates.
Reservations:
In order to secure space, a 50% advance payment is required at
the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Advance payments are non refundable unless the client finds a
replacement. We strongly suggest early reservations due to limited
availability. We also recommend cancellation insurance for your
trip. Sorry, no Credit cards.
How to get there:
Fly to Santiago, Chile and connect the first available flight
to Puerto Montt which should take 1.5 hours if non stop.
Gratuities:
As a guideline the lodge recommends $150 to $200 per person as
total tip for the guide and driver. Tip will be distributed by
guide. Guides generally work an 8 hour day, but they will cater
to the enthusiast guest who needs longer hours, in this case tips
should be adjusted accordingly.
Note:
The acceptance of this program implies that the person knows about
the nature of activities to be done. Outdoor activities have a
risk of personal injury. Rios Azules Limitada or any of its associates
shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection
with any loss, injury or damage to or in respect to any person
or property howsoever caused or arising. We strongly suggest
our guests to get an insurance that will cover such risks. The
outfitter reserves the right to cancel or change certain activities
or to restrict an individual from participating on certain activities
if this result on a higher risk to the physical integrity of an
individual or group. Under adverse climatic conditions the activities
can be changed or canceled if the outfitter estimates that there
is higher risk for an individual or the group. If canceled and
if possible the activities will be substituted for others. Guides
and/or lodge staff may take pictures or videos of guests and these
images may be used in promotional material without the need of
consent unless guest specifically requests this material not to
be used.
